1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to aironply. These Terms govern your access to and use of the aironply website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They apply to all users — registered players and visitors alike.

By clicking "Register," logging into your account, or simply browsing the aironply Platform, you are confirming that you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and "you" will include both yourself and that party.

2. Eligibility

Aironply reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met. Any winnings generated during an ineligible period may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full features of aironply, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one aironply account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Aironply uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If a duplicate is found, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aironply username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Aironply will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.4 Verification

Aironply may require you to verify your identity and payment method before processing withdrawals or when required by our compliance obligations. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Aironply accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification level, and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to identity verification requirements being fulfilled. Aironply reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds. Withdrawal requests may be declined if they are inconsistent with your deposit history or if there are outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Aironply does not accept payments from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Aironply offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered aironply players only. Bonus eligibility is determined by aironply at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless explicitly permitted by aironply.
• Aironply reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress being honoured.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus payout — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Game Rules and Bets

6.1 Game Availability

Aironply makes every effort to maintain continuous availability of all games on the Platform. However, games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. Aironply is not liable for losses arising from game unavailability.

6.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed by the aironply system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to check all bet details before confirming. Aironply accepts no liability for bets placed in error.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, game freezing, or an error in the display of odds — aironply reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. Game results produced during a verified system malfunction are not valid. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 RNG Certification

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aironply Platform. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, game systems, or RNG outcomes.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to access your account.

• Abusing the promotions system, including placing hedged bets to guarantee bonus payouts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aironply staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

Aironply is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend deposit access for a defined period of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account from all gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aironply Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Aironply or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the aironply Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of aironply intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy and Data

Aironply collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Aironply implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online system is entirely immune to security risks. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aironply's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the six months preceding the date of the claim.

Aironply is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Errors or interruptions in third-party payment services.
• Losses caused by events outside aironply's reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory changes, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aironply's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by aironply's wilful misconduct.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Aironply reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the request of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• In response to a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

You may also close your aironply account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Any outstanding bonus balances at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Aironply reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, aironply will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the aironply Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and aironply, we encourage you to contact our support team first to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Aironply operates under a valid gaming license issued by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Complaints related to the licensing and regulatory compliance of aironply may be referred to that authority.
